Homemade ravioli filled with wild mushroom
served on a bed of saffron cream sauce

Coconut Chicken
Chicken tenders coated in fresh coconut
served with a raspberry melba

Mixed Green Salad
Tender field greens accompanied with
Anjou pears and pistachio encrusted goat cheese

Second Course

Chicken Florentine
Pan sauteed breast of chicken layered with spinach & fresh mozzarella in white wine & butter with fresh diced tomatoes

Cowboy Rib Eye Steak
Dry aged, bone-in rib eye served blackened or grilled to your preference with Vermont cheddar scalloped potatoes

Glazed Salmon & Jumbo Shrimp
Salmon & shrimp glazed with Dijon mustard & honey, then baked on a cedar plank

Potato Encrusted Chilean Sea Bass
Encrusted in Yukon Gold potatoes & served with a horseradish & parsley beurre blanc

Petite filet mignon on a Portobello mushroom cap in a merlot demi glaze & served with a broiled or francaise style Brazilian lobster tail
