Homemade ravioli filled with grilled vegetables served with a Provencal cream sauce

Stuffed Mushroom
Lump crab and spinach stuffed Portobello mushroom served with a chive beurre blanc

Pepper Bacon and Chicken Skewers
Boneless chicken breast wrapped in pepper bacon served with a chimichurri sauce

Second Course

Chicken Puttanesca
Pan roasted chicken with grape tomatoes, olives, capers, scallions and roasted peppers topped with fresh mozzarella

Cowboy Rib Eye Steak
Dry aged, bone-in rib eye served blackened or grilled to your preference with Vermont cheddar scalloped potatoes

Salmon and Shrimp Wellington
Salmon and shrimp wrapped in a puff pastry with wild mushroom and spinach served on a bed of sauce bearnaise

Almond Crusted Sea Bass
Encrusted with smoked almonds over wilted spinach and roasted tomatoes served with a saffron beurre blanc

Petite filet mignon on a Portobello mushroom cap in a merlot demi glaze served with a broiled Brazilian lobster tail
